The Vancouver Whitecaps FC will be holding two press conferences this week.
On Wednesday they will make an announcement regarding a soccer personnel announcement. Marc Weber of the Vancouver Province suggested last week the 'Caps could be hiring former Sparta Rotterdam technical director Richard Grootscholten as their youth director.

On Thursday, the Whitecaps and BMO Financial Group will host a joint press conference to announce the club and bank have a sponsorship partnership for the upcoming 2011 MLS season.
